Frequently asked questions
How do I know how many activations I have left?
Microsoft doesn't provide a dashboard to check this: keep a record of each activated PC from the start. Each different computer counts as one activation, so keep a little margin for replacements.
Can I split the activations between several offices?
Yes. The key isn't tied to a specific address or network.
What if the key doesn't activate?
Send us a screenshot of the error with your order number: within 24 hours, we send you another key or refund you. If you haven't used it yet, you have 30 days to request a full refund.
